LEC 2022 Summer Week 4 has concluded

LEC 2022 Summer returned after a two-week break for esports betting fans. A total of 10 matches were played in the week with unexpected results. At the end of the week, Rogue took the lead with a 7-game winning streak. Here is the summary:

Rogue

Despite starting the LEC 2022 Summer with low energy, Rogue, who always performs well in the group stages, started to bounce back. After two losses in the first week, they were satisfied with nothing but wins. This week, they defeated Vitality and Team BDS for their 7th win in total.

MAD Lions

MAD Lions continue their winning streak after bringing in veteran Nisqy in the mid lane. Last week they lost to Misfits, but this week they closed the week with two wins, defeating Team BDS and Astralis. They are now second in the league with 6 wins.

Excel

The biggest surprise of this season was Excel. They had an almost flawless start to the season and were able to win most of their matches. However, they have struggled to maintain their performance in recent weeks. Excel have lost 3 of their last 4 games and finished this week with 2 losses. The European team has 5 wins in 9 matches.

Fnatic

Fnatic’s fate is similar to Excel. The team started this season better, keeping the roster they built last season. However, they are having continuity problems and this is reflected in the results. The European giant closed this week with 2 losses against Misfits and Vitality.

Misfits Gaming

Misfits Gaming finished the LEC 2022 Spring with an above-expected result. At the start of this season, the roster struggled to get the results they wanted and fell to the bottom of the standings. This poor start wasn’t enough to stop them, as they recovered and started to pick up back-to-back wins. This week they picked up 2 wins and extended their streak to 5 games.

Team Vitality

Europe’s so-called dream roster continues its rollercoaster ride. Unpredictable since last season, Vitality continue in the same style in LEC Summer 2022. They are currently on the edge of the playoffs with 5 wins and 4 losses.

Astralis

Ever since Astralis entered the League of Legends scene, they have gotten used to bad results. So much so that they have been the worst team in the league every season they have played. However, at the beginning of this season, they went in a different direction and changed their roster. They have reaped the fruits of this change with 4 wins so far. They passed this week with 1 win and 1 loss.

G2 Esports

Things have not been going well for last season’s champions G2 Esports in recent weeks. They had an undefeated start to the league, but they haven’t won their last 4 games upsetting LoL betting fans. There are rumors of some problems within the team and these problems are reflected in the results. If they don’t recover soon, they could be out of the playoffs for the first time in a long time.

SK Gaming

SK Gaming put themselves in a good position with two wins this week. They were sitting at the bottom of the league with one win and almost no playoff hopes until this week. With wins over G2 Esports and Excel, they moved closer to the middle of the league.

Team BDS

Team BDS is currently the worst team in the league. They recruited young and inexperienced players at the beginning of the season and have to wait for them to develop. In this process, even though they have good games from time to time, they have a hard time turning it into a result. BDS closed this week with 2 losses.
