A China-based tournament joined the list in third place with popular battle royale game PUBG Mobile. Twenty Chinese teams participated in the highest-level professional league which was played offline in Xi’an. After a month-long competition, Four Angry Man won the event with a decent performance and took its rightful share of a $3,200,000 prize pool.
Six Invitational 2020 – $3,000,000
Six Invitational was the only major tournament of Rainbow Six Siege in 2020 since the rest of the majors were canceled by ESL and Ubisoft. Sixteen of the strongest teams fought for glory and a $3,000,000 prize pool between Feb. 7-16, and North America’s representative Spacestation Gaming managed to claim the trophy alongside the $1,000,000 first-place prize.
League of Legends Worlds 2020 – $2,225,000
Despite having the most viewers among the others, LoL’s Worlds 2020 offered less money than its colleagues. But still, the event was fifth based on the prize pool. Hosting 22 teams from all over the world, the event was organized in Shanghai. Worlds 2020 peaked around 4 million viewers during the event and had 1.1 million average viewers. At the end of the tournament, South Korea’s DAMWON Gaming beat up Suning and won $556,250, along with made LoL betting fans happy.
